I don't know if any body knows of any fixes so I just though I should ask in the forum, I've made a tech support query to bethesda too but no reply so far and patch 1.3 has not solved any thing and has introduced new problems. I notice that thses errors seem to be quite common even just taking a quick look in this forum and with a google search, but I have the same problems.
